After replacing a loose connector on the battery (neg. Terminal) car functioned fine. I parked the car for a period of time (a few hours) came out and the car would not start. Connections are good on the battery. Battery has been removed and charged and tested fine.
If I try to start the car I just get a clicking and then the real issue (other then the car not starting) occurs when I take the key out of the ignition I keep hearing clicking from under the dash, gauges continue freaking out until I take off the neg. Wire on the battery. I have read on the internet that there are many electrical issues that happen to plague this model of jeep with no real solved problem.
Any help would be great!

Internal short inside the battery has been known to cause these symptoms in other Jeeps. Check for good clean cables and connections on both ends of both cables. Remove negative cable first, and replace it last.
The battery may test OK with a volt meter, but as soon as you try to start it, the reserve is low and just clicks. Will it start with a jump? Look at this post, similarities are striking.
