2000 Jeep Cherokee Jeep not running for 2yrs. Now

2000 Jeep Cherokee V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 117k miles

My question is my jeep stopped running could it be the fuel injector? Now, I ask this because I changed my coils and spark plugs they were the orginals. It still won't turn over. It wants to. Plus the spark plugs smell of gas, but aren't wet. What should we try next?

I have a 99 grand cher straight six I had a very similar problem to yours motor would keep turnin over but would not start after a week at the shop they figured it out it was a very cheap sensor $13 dollars very difficult to get too in between motor and trans sorry dont recall the name of part but if you ask a mech you can find out hope this helps just remembered it was the CRANK SENSOR
