What would cause fuel gage/amp gage to not work as well as the fuel pump to stay engaged when the key is turned to the accesory. Also when you have the key in the accesory the check engine light should come on for a breif second but it dos'nt come on at all and I can't retrieve any codes. I replaced the coil, ECM, crank sensor. I am puzzled so if you cuold please help

Hello and thanks for donating

Does the engine light ever come on at all? The bulb may be burnt out and need replacing. The codes can't be retreived until the light is replaced if that's the case. As for the fuel pump staying on, check for a sticky fuel pump relay. The fuel pump itself may be bad though, especially since you say fuel gauge is inoperative as well. Also check fuses to instrument panel and gauges.
