HI! My son has a 96 Jeep Cherokee that has stunned everyone. It cranks when cold even cool but will not crank when hot. It does turn over but will not start. We have replaced the fuel pump (which was in the tank), the ignition coil. Which was the only code that came up on the scanner, the ignition module, the temp sending unit, done a complete tune up and my mechanic is still at a loss. Any ideas?

Yes. I did replace the crank sensor. I dont know if this may have anything to do with it but my son has put a new radio (sony) and 2 10in. Woofers in the back. Seems like all his probs started when he had this professionally installed. Ive heard that Jeeps with big sound systems have similar problems. He has unhooked the woofers but the damage may have already been done cause it is still doing the same thing. Could that be causing some kind of electrical surge? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
