Alternator smokes when running (second new alternator)

Just replaced the battery. Car now runs.
Cleared the 0121A steering code.
Getting new codes now. Did not write them down. All to do with the right rear wheel sensor.
Last one, only one instead of 3, is the right rear wheel sensor.
Think you were right. PCM needs replacing. Alternator is charging right now, and the new battery is holding up well.
Door locks not working by key or switch.
