1990 Jaguar XJS A/C pump don't start

Dear staff Car repair Question
I've bought a Jag XJS V12 1990.
I have recharged the system with R12 but clutch of A/C pump don't have electric impulse (with direct positive wiring, the pump start OK) I've checked the relays untit on right wing is OK with click sound when turn on internal A/C selector switch.

You have some answer on this problem?

First you need to verify the system pressure is enough for the comp to be turned on. There are pressure switches that wont engage the comp without adequate pressure to prevent damage to the compressor
