Welcome to 2CarPros.
We need to first determine why it won't start. Is it a fuel or ignition related issue. First, take a look through this link. It discusses the most common causes for a crank / no start condition.

Next, have you tried to scan the computer to see if there are diagnostic trouble codes present? Here is a quick video that shows how it's done:

I realize most people don't own a scanner, but often times a parts store will lend or rent one to you.
Now, the easiest way to determine if the issue is related to ignition or fuel is by seeing if it will start for a couple seconds using starting fluid. If it does, then it is a fuel related issue. If it still fail t start even for a couple seconds, then suspect ignition.
Here are a couple links that explain how to check fuel pressure and for ignition spark. I realize that you replaced the crankshaft position sensor, but there still could be something stopping the spark from getting to the plugs.

I'm not sure if you have the 4 or 6 cylinder engine, but here are the specs for fuel pressure. Both engines are the same. Also, the pressure is with the engine running, and we know it doesn't run. It should be slightly higher than what is listed with the key on.
Fuel Pressure
Fuel pressure................... Approximately 350 kPa (3.57 kg/sq.cm, 51 psi)
