1995 Isuzu Trooper water and oil mixed

I had no antifreeze fluit in the car just stright water.I drain the radiator to keep it from freezin. And now I have oil and water mixed together. Could it b that the frozen ice inside the motor pushed my freeze plugs out. And made water and oil mixed together?

No. If a freeze plug popped it would only leak coolant externally. Most likely the crack is inside the engine.
