Hi guys, (maybe Jack again - thanks for your reply. didn't know how to reconnect with you) still wondering about an answer to my question about the worst case scenario, if I can drive it for a while- if it would cause irreparable damage to the vehicle?
Next, A carb guy told me to run DRY gas -isopropenol through it first. Any thoughts?

If you have small water deposits in the carb it might help to dry them out. Unless it is dumping a large amount of fuel into the engien I wouldnt worry too much about driving it.
