Okay, so the PID for the TSS is 0 when engine is idling or revving. So since they pass the ohm test I guess we should move to checking wiring?

Hello again.

Okay, I've attached the wiring diagram for the automatic transmission for your truck below you requested. I've cut the pictures into a few pieces so you can view larger so it might overlap a little. Also, When you mentioned adding transmission fluid the actual capacity shows 10 quarts. Is this a good known used transmission? Was it tested or know to work when removed? Any warranty? Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.

It's a used transmission from a junkyard that has been sitting there for a month. The fluid looked good. The resistance readings from this transmission and the old transmission match on the sensors.

I guess as far as wiring goes, how many volts should be at those terminals on the TSS and ISS connectors? And should it be the same at the PCM end?

I'm checking for voltage on the same 16 pin connector to the transmission. I'm getting no voltage for the 2 pins that are supposed to be for the TSS.

So the signal return wire for the tss, oss, and vss is giving no voltage. So, the connectors down at the trans are giving zero readings. However the TR sensor has voltage and the computer does know when I select a gear.

The red wire splits to those 3 trans sensors, and joins at the transmission break out according to your diagram. It then splits to the TPS sensor and ECT sensor and goes to the PCM. At those sensors, I also have no voltage at that red wire.

Hello again.

Sounds like since the transmission is not engaging you might be having an issue with the front pump. Perform a line pressure test. Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.
