My vehicle listed above had the JBL premium with CD. I bypassed the factory amp by wiring the speakers together by using the wiring diagrams. Not using an amp bypass plug. I did use a wiring harness for the radio. It turned on but no sound. My question is, I found that there is a plug that connects to the back of the control panel in the rear. And there is a plug that has the same wires that I found in my center console. Would I need to splice these two connectors together by using the corresponding wire colors in order to complete each circuit for the different speakers?

This system is involved with front and rear control and a remote chassis unit, here is how the system works in the radio wiring diagrams below, you can see where you need to cut and splice the wires to get the speakers to work. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
