If the problem remains at injector two regardless of switching the injector, you need to start by checking if there is an injector pulse to the number two injector.
Here is a link that shows how to check. If you have a noid light, use it to see if there is power to the injector.

If there is no power, then you need to trace the wiring back to the PCM to determine if there is a corrosion issue, the pin is pushed in on the connector, the wiring to it is bad, or if the PCM has failed.
