Good afternoon.

Did you verify power to the injector. with the key on, remove the connector and test for voltage at the connector.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-test-a-fuel-injector

the other wire goes to the pcm. that controls turning the injector on and off by grounding that wire. A tool called a noid light can confirm if it is doing its job. you can get one at the parts store.

I had done that and even swapped the number one injector to number two, but still the same. I had changed the cylinder head valves at that side but still same issue.

Have already done what?

What were the results? Did you have voltage? Did the noid light flash with the engine running?

Need specific information to help you.

Then the injector is working.

What is the original issue that made you think the injector was bad?

I think misfire can cause this.

Yes, there is a lot more to a misfire than the injector.

you need to check compression in the cylinder, check for vacuum leaks and also check the ignition parts such as coil and plug.

Have checked vacuum leaks, coil and plug as well. I think there is damaged cylinder in that side.

Okay thanks. I think is misfire that causing this so I am going to remove the cylinder head and base pan to check the piston rings and see.

I would do a compression test first to be sure it is an internal issue.

For now I have done everything on that car but still injector 2 not function. When you removed coil wire on the plug while the engine is running you can see the engine is shaking unless you insert the plug wire on the plug, but the number 2 didn't shake.

You need to do a compression test as I suggested two times.

The cylinder builds compression for the fuel/air mixture and when spark happens the mixture blows up and forces the piston down.

No, that is not it. Compression check the valves and the head gasket as well.

You should take this to someone to do this test for you since you have no idea of what it does and how to check it.
