When I go to start my car I have to hit the gas for it to start and then it has
a rough idle and a slow throttle response and the exhaust smells real bad like gas. I went to check the coils and it seems like 4 of them are not getting power.

We need to start with checking for codes. If coils are not getting power then clearly we have misfires but instead of chasing misfires, let's see if there is a code that could point us to what could be causing it.
Is the check engine light flashing? Clearly this all sounds related so if you cannot check for codes then stop by any parts store that offers scanning for codes for free. They should give a print out and just let me know what they are and we will go from there. Thanks
