Wouldn't let me reply on my phone. Weird. Anyway I changed the pump today. Initial pressure was around 65 psi with the same check, ignition on, engine off, pump initialized. Better for sure. Also noticed a lot more pressure when release was pushed now than before. A lot more gas comes out. Before wasn't much. I will drive for a day or two and check it again. On a side note: my pressure reading from my obd2 still said 399 kpa while idling. Could I have a bad fuel pressure sensor as well? I did change entire pump with a new fuel tank pressure sensor. Did not want to drop that tank again if it went bad, lol.

Seems to be driving normally now. No surges, or low idles. Guess it took a couple days to adjust to the new pump. I'll post if I have any other issues with it but seems like it should be good now. Thanks so much for your help Roy! Good to know there is a place to go for the shade tree diy'er to get help from the pros!
