Replaced PCM from one from wrecker from wrecker can security system be disabled

I put in a new fuel injector and new connector and replaced wire from connector to PCM then replaced the PCM with PCM from wrecker from same year
and model. I started car it ran for about sixty seconds then stopped. When I turned the key to the on position all the dash lights came on and slowly when out but the security light come back on which would not let the starter turn. Then I put the old PCM back in and the car started and would not idle smooth. Same p0204. Can I disable the security system myself?

Yes you can but this code is for the #4 fuel injector circuit problem. Have you replace the injector and checked the connector? If not here is a guide to help you get started:

I replaced the injector and connector plus the wire from the connector to the PCM.

I would check the remained of the injectors because they can have an effect on the system giving codes. Here is a guide to help.
