I changed my plugs, but I may have gotten them out of order. I tried to pull one and replace one, but I had taken off two, before I decided to go one by one. I just want to make sure they are in the right order.

The firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 the number one position is 11:30 on the distributor cap. That's looking from the driver's seat. The distributor turns clockwise. That should get you going.

Ok its a 305. When I pulled the distribuator out I did not have it on tdc. Then I found tdc put dist. Back in with rotor pointing at no1. Still nothing. Then changed coil, nothing then replaced module, nothing. All it dose is turn over and puffs out of the carb. Could it b out by 180?

Sure it could be if you didn't make sure it was TDC on the compression stroke. Most people just hold their finger over the spark plug hole while rotating the engine and you will feel the compression when you're approaching #1 TDC.

You still need to know that you are on the compression stroke or you will be 180 out. The crank rotate 2 times to every one revolution of the distributor.
