This pin in purple here is pin 31, that's the one you checked?
Pin 32 is battery voltage and pin 30 is a low reference (sensor ground)
Did the meter read 0 volts, or OL? And if you're absolutely sure it had no voltage, then its time to go after the fuse box and check the X1 connector.

It said 0.00 volts I did it without it plugged in and then it plugged in as well. Sorry I had to add to this comment because it wouldn't let me add another reply. You're literally the only one helping me get through this and it's extremely appreciated.

Do you have the transmission unplugged?
See if you still have 0 volts with the transmission unplugged. If still no voltage we'll tackle the fuse panel next.

Okay fuse panel next. Tomorrow when I wake up I will tackle it first thing in the morning. I finally have a day off. So, I got to do a continuity test correct? From the wire to the TCM? If you could give me the run down for the fuse panel testing so I can tackle it when I wake up that'd be extremely helpful.

The fuse box will have to be unbolted and flipped over to get the connectors on the bottom, in the Fuse panel removal the manufacturer wants you to disconnect the positive battery cable off the Fuse panel. This doesn't seem to be a normal procedure, having live battery positive cables laying around. I didn't see any information on disconnecting the battery, I would just make sure you have any radio security codes you might need. There is a Battery Current sensor on the positive terminal, just make sure the key is off and out of the Ignition. I usually disconnect the negative cable to prevent shorting out any of the positive cables. There may be some more information in the glovebox owner's manual about disconnecting the battery.
Alot of the newer vehicles, you can't just disconnect the battery because it can cause security systems or other modules to lose their memory or programming. But I didn't see anything like that but take a look through your owner's manual just to be on the safe side.

Once you get the Fuse Panel unbolted and flipped upside down, unplug the X1 connector, the TCM connector, and transmission connector. Then do a continuity test on J2 to the TCM pin 31. Take a look at the X1 connector for corrosion as well as the other 3 connectors.

Hello, do we have any good test results yet, or did you find anything so far?

So, I just tested for continuity and from the fuse box to the TCM connector there's continuity and to the fuse box to the transmission connector there's continuity as well.

What was the resistance reading on the circuits? You're doing the continuity check with your meter on the ohms setting, correct?

Okay, so you were testing from the X1 connector pin J2, with the X1 fuse panel connector unplugged. While it's still unplugged, test from the TRANS Fuse to the J2 pin on the fuse box and see what the resistance reading is.
Doing ohms testing is not always the best way of testing, but we need to find the area where we start to see some type of issue.
I'm going to have you do a voltage drop test on the pink wire soon if we don't find any high resistance readings anywhere. I assume the connectors on the bottom of the fuse panel were clean, no sign of corrosion.

And if you can do this without shorting any of the main power feed wires to ground, we need to check X1 plugged in and from the bottom and see if there is 12v at the fuse panel connector.
This is X1, J2 plugged in, see if you have voltage on that wire with the key On, just be extra careful handling the fuse panel with live wires plugged into it.

Let us know that the final issue was, we would like to hear about a fix. Hopefully you found something, possibly with that fuse box.
