reverse light stuck on

my 1999 hyundai elantra reverse light wont turn off anytime car is koeo/koer. dont know where it is getting power from?(car is standard)

It sounds like your Reverse/back up switch has failed in the closed position.

the reverse switch mounted ontop of trans is the culprit, these always go bad,, have to do some digging to get to but it is easy do it your selfer, i think the sensor is a 19mm
