Headlights Hyundai Elantra 2000

Odometer-82000, automatic, past repair history: replace head in 2003 and normal up keep i.E. Tires oil fluids air filter brakes. I noticed that my head light was out( passanger side). I replaced it with a new bulb( 9003). High beam works, no low beam. Replaced with another bulb, same. Can you tell me where to go next. Thank you for your time. p.S. Also checked fuses they are good.
