Going down a hill (like coasting) and the car just quit. Doing starting u can hear it cranking but does not fire

It is not possible for us to assist you with minimal info available.
You need to isolate the cause between mechanical, electrical and fuel.
At your mileage, if you had not replaced the timing belt, it could have given way. Check if the camshaft is turning when cranking.
Is there spark at the plugs?
Is the fuel pressurised at fuel rail?

It is the timeing belt. Friend who is a mech. Stop and took the cover alittle off to view it. Mech also suggest to change the pulley, water pump and all belts at the same time. Thanks for your answer.
