I need your help for repair my car Hyundai Accent (1300cc year 1999/2000) I was try to repair/ clean the flout Gauge of fuel indicator in the fuel tank but after put in back, a lot of problem come out such as:
1. If I start to heat up the engine in idle stationer, the engine was
unstable/ like clogged up, look like not enough oxygen then after a
few time the engine stop.

2. A/C manual switch not working, the compressor not working. Only
the hot air come out from the engine.

3. Washer pump not working anymore. Only the Whiper is working.
I do not know the relation between these problems with the float gauge

Answer: The fuel sending unit purpose is to give you the level of gasoline in the fuel tank by varying resistances as the float moves up or down.

Engine misfiring can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.

2. A/C manual switch not working, the compressor not working only
the hot air come out from the engine.

Answer: 1st step here is to check if it has freon in it

3. Washer pump not working anymore. Only the Whiper is working.

Answer: Check the fuse, check for power -no power you have an open wire or no ground to the washer motor or a bad switch

Dear Sirs,

Thank you very much for your support me.
BTW I would like to conform several action which is your mention below.

Problem 1
If I start to heat up the engine in idle stationer, the engine was unstable/ like clogged up, look like not enough oxygen then after a few time the engine stop.

Reconfirm :
The spark plugs, coil, fuel pump, fuel filter all have checked and in good condition..... Any possibility came from sensors or relay? If yes, which one of the sensor that caused this problem. Because before I open and clean the fuel meter at fuel tank, the engine condition still ok, after I put back this problem arise.
Thanks in advance.

Problem 2
A/C manual switch not working, the compressor not working only
the hot air come out from the engine.

Answer: 1st step here is to check if it has freon in it

Reconfirm :
The Freon still have, but usually when we pushed the A/C switch then the compressor will be on and the engine will running heavier... But currently push or not push the switch, the engine condition still same? I've checked the fuse and relay it seemed ok, no broken. Is that any other area related to this problem... Thanks for advice?

3. Washer pump not working anymore. Only the Whiper is working.

Answer: Check the fuse, check for power -no power you have an open wire or no ground to the washer motor or a bad switch

I look forward to your reply for my confirmation

Kind Regards
