I am not exactly following where you are testing for power and where you are not getting it. I think because of the terms that we are using.
With the steering wheel removed you should see your turn signal switch which has two post on the passenger side of the column. If you don't have two and only have one post then you have the wrong turn signal switch. 1964 1/2 is the only one with a signal post. 1965 and 66 have two posts.
These are the terminals for the horn. What happen when you put a jumper wire between the two posts?
When you jump these together, the horn should go off. Does that happen? Take a look at the pictures for what I am referring too. Let me know and we can go from there. Thanks
