Can here relay click when I push horn button. Got horn to work once. How can I check the relay to see if it is good without buying one. Or should I just run hot to horn to check it?

If you hear the relay clicking when you press the horn button, it most likely is okay. Unplug the wire from one of the horns, then probe it with a test light. You should find 12 volts there when the horn button is pressed. If you do, the horn is bad or that connection is corroded.
