prelude fuse problem

i have 98 prelude, 95k, automatic. my tail light fuse blowed and tail light , dash light and stereo wasn't working. after i put new fuse for the tail light, the tail light and the dash light start working. but my cd player and the auto transmission lock stays there.my after market cd player turns on and after two seconds it shut off.i tried to plug it on onther car it works. on the fuse box the starter signal fuse 7.5 i tested it and there is no power coming on it , i also put new fuse and its still no power there.
somebody told me it might be on of the relay fuses but i dont know

check at of the fuses in the car and the fuses under the hood. The transmission lock is overcome with the key entry. Check the sensor in the console for power. With Honda I would only hook up the factory stuff through the fuse box and anything after market products added I would run from the battery to the product with an inline fuse.
