Jus got a 92 honda prelude it didn't smoke when I bought it. I had it for two weeks and it started smoking white smoke. The previous owner. Said id have to add alittle bit of oil about. Evrey month could that be the problem? I check my radiator the waters are where they're suppose to be. Don't need to add any. Car runs normal like it was without the smoke. Wahat can be my problem(s)?

White smoke indicates coolant is burning in the combustion chamber-are you overheating or temperature gauge acting funny?

My car doesn't have an oil gage but the water gage never goes over half way. Been smokin for a week I haven't. Had to add any coolant.

Its been a couple of weeks and its still smoking. Water level is still at the same spot haven't added any. When stopped let's out very little but when I begin to accelerate it blow a big cloud of white smoke. I'm pretty sure its not vapor.

Pull the oil dipstick and smell for gas and also where's the oil level if its above the full mark-white smoke indicates coolant is burning but could be a tranny fluid and brake fluid if there's leakage at the tranny vacuum modulator and brake booster.
