1993 honda pvc valve

my car is idling rough not dying was told by mechanic it may be pvc valve i took it out cleaned it and blew trough the end of it air came out also you can shake it and it is not stuck do you think it could still be the valve also the hose does not have clamps on them connecting to vavle .

You must also clean the orfices inside the engine. Clamps aren't an issuse unles the hoses come off.

The holes inside of the intake manifold.
