D light flashing

It will drive fine until the engine is warm, then the D light flashes along with the maintenance, TCS, engine. When this happens, the transmission shifts hard with clunks. If I press the reset button on where the speed gauge are, the lights go out and it drives fine again. Any help? Just changed the fluid and transmission filter.

This is a common issue when the turbine sensor goes out the transmission will shift funny. We can scan the PCM to confirm the issue which can be done by following the guide below.
