2002 Honda Odyssey Transmission

This vehicle at times wont shift out of second gear, it will just rev up like it is in low.

Also, one time it would not allow me to accellerate over 15 mph. When the vehicle warmed up, it shifted fine.

I checked the fluid and it seemed fine.
