just recently had a salvage yard transmission put in1995 honda odyssey . now my van wont shift out of first gear. any help thanks

Hi rell43, If any of the shift solenoid wires are not connected, the problem would occur. Check if there are any trouble codes stored by usibg a jumper wire across the SCS connector and counting the flashes of the D4 light.

The 2 pin connector is the correct one.
