Check engine light flashing, engine misfiring and codes p0304, p0303, p0300?

Hello, my mom has the car listed above. She was driving it and it all of a sudden started missing and the check engine light was flashing. now it’s to the point it won’t move when putting it in drive it just misses and bogs down I have replaced part after part like the distributor, fuel pump, injectors, plugs, fuel filter and it’s still doing the same thing. I also checked the converter it’s been gutted. can anyone help me? she is disabled and has a lot of doctors appointments I try taking her, but she can’t get up in my truck. it’s throwing codes p0304,p0303,p0300,p0170,45-9,73-1,74-1,71-9.

This is common when the ignition distributor goes out, if you remove the cap does it have rust colored dust in it? If so, the unit is bad, here is the replacement part for $70.00 and how to install it:
