Is it the correct fuel pressure? You need to verify if its within specs by using a fuel pressure gauge and also if the injectors are pulsing

Get a compression test done.

Did problem occur immediately after replacement of timing belt?

No. Problem occurred 20,000 miles after replacement under normal driving conditions, not hot rodding.

With sparks and fuel, the engine should be starting. Check the compression to get an idea of the engine condition.

Does Check engine light come on during initial ignition ON and goes OFF after 2 seconds?

Basically these are what to check when engine does not start. Check if you have missed out anything on those applicable possible causes and let me know if you require any info.

By the way did you test if the sparks are bright blue or dull orange? A dull orange spark means the ignition coil is weak and the spark might be too weak to fire up the engine.

Did you try with some starting fluid into manifold?

Compression check was done and checked out by Honda specs. All sensors, tps, map, crannk position sensor, intake air temp sensor, crank flucuation sensor, cylinder positioning sensor, top dead center positioning sensor, evap salonoied, fuel pressure regulator, fuel pressure, ignition coil, p.C.M, ignition control module, battery voltage, neutral safety switch, injection trigger signal, injectors c.P.U, fuses and relays, timing belt and relay, was all checked with a multi meter and noid lights. Everything checked out within hondas specks. Check ingine light comes on and goes off when ignition is turned on, no trouble codes in computer. Had it started a few times when u would hit the gas the engine would die, and now the engine will not start at all.
