The blower motor resistor is mounted on the blower motor itself.
Keep in mind that the resistor's primary task is the control the speed of the blower fan. Typically, a faulty resistor will lead to having only one or two speeds on the fan.
There is also a blower motor relay that is located on the blower motor housing as well. That one provides power to the motor.
In order to access these components, you will have to remove the glove box. Which can be done easily by first opening and then pushing the tabs on the inside to pull it down all the way.
