Squeaky Clutch Pedal

The c;utch pedal squeaks when pedal is pressed down or released. Sound is coming from inside the car just above clutch pedal. Clutch job done not to long ago.

Hi there,

The clutch pedal pivots on a plastic bush, this bush may be worn or very dry. The quick fix is to spray a little lubricant up into the pedal pivot, work the pedal a few times so the lubricant can get in. This should fix the problem in the short term, I am unsure as to how difficult it is to replace the bush on this car, but on similar cars it is not a huge job. Best to get a quote first if you feel your not able to attempt it your self.

OK 97 chevrolet camaro the clutch makes a whiney sound every time step down on clutch when I am driving it won"t go in gear, what do I do?
