99 honda civic si with a 94 integra gsr swap with 70000 miles. My vtec is not coming on like it is supposed to. The car is cutting off when im coming to a stop and sometimes when im rolling or down shifting. When I hit the gas it slightly studders. When the car is idleing it sounds like its missing(only sometimes) it sounds like it has a cam.

Sounds an awful lot like the spark plug wires. That is a typical honda problem and the symptoms are just like that.

I've seen this before with this swap. What fixed it was the fuel pump. Can't tell you if a stock gsr FP will as my friend went ahead and upgraded to a Walboro 255. Hope this helps.
