Driver's side headlight flashes while car is off

Hello,

The driver side highlight flashes randomly, it can happen while car is on or off.
The frequency is inconsistent it happens very randomly.
I've attached a short video.

I don't see the video. If you are on mobile it can take some time to upload. Anyway, it sounds like the BCM is going out. To be sure we perform a CAN scan to confirm the failure. Here is a guide and video on how to do the job and I have included how to change out the BCM and the headlight wiring diagram so you can see how the system works in the diagrams below.
