Is vehicle equipped with DRL (daytime running lamps)?

Inspect headlamp relay(s).

No DRL head lights.
When I start a car and turn on head lights, it takes few minutes before light comes on.

Oh okay.I thought you meant they were automatically coming on after a few minutes. This sounds more like a headlight switch issue then. Try cleaning the connection at the switch and ensure wiring is good and connected properly. If all OK here suspect faulty switch.
