JUST PURCHASED THIS CAR. HAS A HAIRLINE CRACK IN MANIFOLD (SORRY IF SPELLED WRONG, JUST A GIRL) IS THIS GOING TO CAUSE ANY HUGE PROBLEMS. THE ENGINE IS VERY CLEAN.

It could effect the performance of the engine. The oxygen sensor might read the air coming in from the crack and cause it to misadjust the mixture. You can drive it like that for a while, but it will eventually get louder and worse, so just plan on having it done in the near future
