2001 Honda Civic 65 mph

At 65 mph my Honda engine turns off or slows down to 40 mph. I have to stop and let it cool down for 15-30 min. Before it runs right again. Now this only happens when the outside temp. Is 55 or higher. Can you please help.

Why ask for a donation when you mean a payment. I guess it your way of avoiding taxes. I would have given a donation after the question was answer to show my thanks. But I guess this is a scam.
