I got my head gasket replaced got the head resurfaced new radiator and the timing belt replaced but now when I put oil in my car there is white smoke coming out of the exhaust. Also my car keeps on over heating. I can usually fix this myself but this time I don't know what is goin on.

Hello,

White smoke out of the tail pipe is a sign of a blown head gasket.
Check your oil to see if it is milky color which will indicate coolant in the oil.

If the initial head gasket was replaced due to overheating is could be that there is a crack in
the head and that's where it is leaking coolant into the oil.

It can also be due to not having the head bolts torqued properly in the correct sequence.

If the coolant is mixing with oil you will have to replace the head gasket again. But you need to make sure that the head is not cracked. Usually machine shops can test for cracked head.
