When I start my car its starts fine then it starts making this noise like if I were to rev in engine then let it go over and over for about a minuet-5 minuets then the car just dies and wont start for like 30 minuets.
I know for sure its not the battery because I just bought a battery last week and this problem still continues.
I really need help if you think you know what is please let me know.

Hi Kimmie9,

Seems the engine is surging and that could be due to a fault in the idling system. Is the Check Engine Light showing?

The engine not starting could be due to another problem and might be caused by a faulty PGM-Fi main relay.

Wheh it could not start, you need to test what is missing, fuel or ignition.
