1995 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 204000 miles

I just rebuilt my honda engine 1.5L in my 1995 civic
engine turns over but will not start timing seems good, Iam getting fuel and spark but no start dose not even sound like it is trying to start what can I check

Once you do some of the tests you will be able to determine what is missing fuel or spark and narrow down what is happening.
