1995 Honda Civic Car does not start

1995 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I drove it home and all was fine. I jacked up each side so I can rotate the tires. When I was done I went to start the car and all it does is turn over. I checked to see if fuel was getting to the engine. I also checked my pluggs and wires, thinking that I wasn't getting any spark.

You will need to verify fuel and spark, first before moving on.
