Less than a 2 weeks ago I had my oil pan gasket and valve covered gasket replaced because I had an oil leak and it was determned these parts were the problem. My car is STILL leaking oil and now it started smoking a very little bit (only seen when you open the hood) and there is a burning smell. What possibly could be the problem?

I will have the gasket job checked again but is it possible this guy messed up my engine or got water in it? He shouldnt have taken the whole engine apart, just the bottom, correct? But its leaking a mixture of oil and water, looks like chocolate milk. Thats not good right? Is it possible water got in the engine or a head gasket has blown? I say head gasket because of the burning smell and smoke?
