1991 Honda Civic won't start

Engine problem
1991 Honda Civic Wheel Drive Type unknown Manual 153748 miles

I keep trying to turn the car on and I hear the engine, but it won't start. There are no unusual noises and all the electrical stuff is working so I know the battery is not dead. It's been raining a lot today and I'm wondering if that has something to do with it.

Hi there,

You will have to establish if there is spark, fuel pressure and injection pulse. Also a code read will be helpful to pin point wher your fault is.
