When does it overheat?

Does the cooling fan come on when it does overheat?

HAve you checked the theromstat? Are you loosing any coolant? Is it properly bled?

Answer all of these questions so I can further assist you.

Does it overheat when you are driving or idling?

What condition is your radiator in? Are the fins all corroded/green and falling off?

If it overheats when driving you most likely either are low on coolant, have an air lock or you're radiator isn't functioning properly.

May I ask how you know the radiator is fine? Have you checked for hot spots with a thermal gun? Are the fins free of leaves and debris?

My mechanic checked the radiator bout 3 weeks ago, he didn't say anything was wrong with it, but I'll have him check again and check my coolant also.

Do you think it could possibly be the ECT switch if not the radiator, coolant, or an air lock?

Let me know your outcome of your car, we are having the exact same problem with ours. Same year and all. We have to add water everytime we are going to drive it. We are starting to think there is a blockage in the rad.
