Window falling off track! Honda Accord

What year Accord. Have a 93 and it doesn't fall completely off track but it doesn't roll up straight at the top either. Tried everything for that, don't know what else might be. Try taking off your door panel, pretty simple just need a philips and a pry bar to pry the little delicate clips off. But I would take off the door panel and see if anything is loose or if the nuts came loose on the mount. If all else fails it might be the window regulator.
