The hydraulic clutch is not adjustable. Unlike older cable clutches, the pedal and engagement point are set. No adjustment will lower the release point; the high pedal feel is normal and the driver will get used to it.
The owner of a 1998 Honda Accord EX replaced the clutch and found the engagement point high, so the pedal had to be released far before the car moved. One reply suggested shortening travel with an adjuster near the hydraulic actuator. A later expert said hydraulic clutches are not adjustable, the pedal is set, and only older cable clutches could be adjusted. The owner was told they would get used to the pedal position.
