I checked the software for this that I pay for , but did not find that as a valid number.

You need to remove the egr valve and clean the egr ports and valve with carb or intake cleaner. If that doesn't solve it, probably need a new valve.

P0401 showing?

Out of warranty.

Call the Dealer for info. You'll need your VIN. Another professional forum that I also pay to be a member has provided some info on it. It goes back to what I posted the first time. Appearantly the valves are rarley a problem, it is just the cleaning that is needed.

This is a common problem on v-6 motors in the later models. It is a couple hour job. You must remove the intake plenum to fix this problem. Take off all the plastic covers, then unbolt the throttle body (two nuts, two bolts). Don't take it off though, just
unbolt it. Then unbolt the intake plenum and disconnect all the hoses and electrical connectors at the rear. Tap the throttle body with a mallet where
it connects to the plenum and it will pop loose. Then just lift the plenum and pull it loose from the throttle body. Turn it over on a bench and use a 5/16" bit to drill out the EGR passage near the front of the plenum. Don't use a drill motor , only hand turn. The gaskets are reusable. Reassemble.

Another TSB refers to (99-085) is a product update to re-route the PCV hose to a different place in the intake manifold away from the EGR port.
