Car won't start

I have a 98 accord, While driving my stereo suddenly died. All other electronics still work. Now the car will not start. It did twice but then after idling the engine stalled and it died. Now it does not turn over and I don't hear the starter. All I hear now when I try to start is the warning lights flicking on and off. When I turn the key into positions one and two without starting the car no warning lights remain lit. Is my problem with a starter? The the cold weather have anything to do with this?
